Through our covered-yarn and twisting services — Metallic + Nylon, Metallic + Lycra and more — we meet the technical needs of hosiery (sock) manufacturers in particular.
S/Z twist direction, customer-specified TPM (turns per metre) and reinforcement options such as 2x12 and 2x15 denier — every variant is produced to your exact specification.
Beyond hosiery-grade qualities like MX 1/127" used in seamless socks, we also twist for lace, accessory and technical textile applications.
Our service process
Sample & Specification
We agree on the base yarn, covering yarn, target TPM and twist direction (S/Z), and prepare a sample for approval.
Twist Production
Production is run on our twisting machines under the agreed TPM and direction; reinforcement yarn (2x12, 2x15 denier) is added where required.
QC & Delivery
Finished yarn is checked for twist consistency and tension, packed onto bobbins / cones and shipped.
